ImpactWorks: Workforce Development & Community Integration

Through ImpactWorks, our Workforce Readiness Program for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability and/or autism, ages 14-40, we deliver transformative opportunities that equip participants with the skills, certifications, and confidence to excel in careers or entrepreneurship. 

Anchored by our partnership with the Community College of Beaver County, participants gain a lived college experience, fostering personal growth and professional readiness in an integrated, empowering environment. 

We also collaborate with school districts, community organizations, and local businesses to offer job shadowing, internships, and vocational training, ensuring participants are prepared for sustained career success.

 At Always You, we deliver personalized In-Home and Community Support and Community Participation Support designed to empower individuals to excel in their daily lives.

 At Always You, mental wellness is fundamental to empowerment and growth. Our Behavioral Health Supports, approved by ODP, are designed to provide individuals with the tools to manage emotional challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. 

Led by licensed behavioral health specialists and professional counselors, we deliver personalized counseling, skill-building sessions, and therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the needs of every participant. 

This holistic approach enables individuals to thrive emotionally, socially, and professionally, fostering a foundation of confidence and balance that supports success in all areas of life.

Caregivers are at the heart of resilient families and thriving communities. The Always You Caregiver Academy equips families with the resources, training, and emotional support needed to navigate complex care systems with confidence. 

With licensed professional counselors on staff and approval from ODP to provide family support and training, we empower caregivers to lead with strength and capability. 

By emphasizing cultural competency and prioritizing caregiver wellness, the Caregiver Academy creates pathways for self-sufficiency, stability, and joy—ensuring caregivers can support their loved ones while also nurturing their own well-being. 

This program is more than training; it’s a transformative approach to sustaining empowered families and communities. 

Through Always You Affairs, held monthly at the CCBC Titan Café, we create vibrant opportunities for individuals, families, businesses, and community members to connect, learn, and collaborate. 

These themed events feature delicious meals inspired by the theme, valuable resources, and engaging activities that foster integration, personal growth, and a sense of belonging. 

Participants leave inspired, empowered, and connected to a community that celebrates inclusion and shared success.

The Always You Community Resource Network is a comprehensive hub that connects individuals to critical resources, including healthcare, housing, education, employment, and social services. 

This network integrates the Caregiver Academy, providing families with essential training and support to navigate complex care systems confidently. 

By partnering with local organizations, service providers, and community leaders, we ensure participants have the tools to achieve independence, connection, and growth. 

This robust, integrated support system empowers individuals and families to lead lives of purpose and self-sufficiency, driving meaningful progress for all.

Our CEO's  personal journey as a single mother raising a daughter with a developmental disability shapes her leadership—infusing it with expertise, compassion, and an unrelenting drive to create meaningful change.
