Hi, I'm Ondréa! For the past 20 years, I've been passionately advocating for better services to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. My journey started with a deeply personal experience—becoming a mom to a child with developmental needs, which ignited my mission to drive positive change. This passion led me to establish Always You Dignified Quality Care, where we provide exceptional support to individuals and families navigating similar paths.
My goal is to make a lasting impact, not only for those we serve but for the broader community. With experience at both local and federal government levels, I've gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. This drives my relentless advocacy for better services, ensuring that everyone receives the support they deserve.
As a certified Direct Support Professional with the National Association of the Dually Diagnosed (NADD-DSP), I specialize in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who also have mental health needs.
Beyond my professional life, I'm a proud mom who treasures moments of joy and laughter with my family. I love exploring new destinations and relaxing by the ocean. My daughter and I are also co-authors, writing children's books that celebrate diversity and differences.
