Volunteer with Always You

Always You welcomes volunteers who are prepared to engage consistently within a structured campus-based program serving young adults with developmental disabilities. Programming operates Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Volunteers may commit to the full day or establish a consistent schedule within those hours.

Volunteers integrate into daily programming and support participants as they develop workplace habits, navigate campus environments, and increase independent decision-making. Engagement requires reliability and an understanding of professional boundaries. The experience offers direct visibility into individual progress within a model designed for sustained growth.
