Set in a restorative natural environment, RootCamp offers participants and caregivers curated experiences in mindfulness, intentional movement, and therapeutic reflection that build clarity, strength, and momentum to thrive. For young adults, these retreats restore balance and ignite personal growth alongside workforce development.

Always You partners with Whitted Media Content House to create the Always You Blueprint Podcast, while building careers in media and production.
Through this collaboration, our participants gain hands-on experience in storytelling, audio production, video creation, and digital media, learning industry skills while amplifying the voices and stories of our community.
Whitted Media mentors our young adults, exposes them to thriving careers in media, and proves that storytelling is a pathway to economic opportunity and belonging.

Always You partners with Uncommon Grounds Café to bring culinary learning, hospitality training, and community connection together.
Through Flourish Kitchen, participants build practical skills in food preparation, kitchen routines, presentation, customer service, and teamwork. At Uncommon Grounds Café they practice these skills in a welcoming café environment, preparing dishes, setting tables, serving guests, and taking pride in what they create.
The partnership is also inspiring a participant-led cooking show, giving young people a platform to share their skills, creativity, and personalities. Together, Flourish Kitchen and the cooking show turn learning into experiences participants can practice, document, and share.
