ImpactWorks is the Always You workforce readiness program, made possible through a groundbreaking partnership with the Community College of Beaver County (CCBC). This collaboration provides individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and autism access to a college experience that may have otherwise been out of reach—immersing them in a dynamic, skill-appropriate environment where they are seen, supported, and positioned to thrive.

Participants engage in structured, hands-on workforce development rooted in the rhythm of campus life—building confidence, purpose, and career readiness. Through mentorship, job shadowing, and immersive training, they develop the tools and experiences needed to pursue employment, entrepreneurship, and independence.

This partnership redefines possibility. Together, Always You and CCBC are creating a powerful, integrated model that bridges education and employment, expands opportunity, and drives community transformation.

New for this year, our summer camp experience at Sarah Heinz House will serve as an extension of the Always You model—creating a high-impact environment where individuals are seen, celebrated, and supported in developing the skills and confidence to lead empowered lives.

Our collaboration with the Root Camp Experience is an integral part of the Always You Wellness program, providing a serene and transformative retreat for individuals and caregivers.

Rooted in a tranquil natural setting, Root Camp fosters restoration, reflection, and strength. Each experience is carefully designed to support the core tenets of our Pillars of Excellence, with a special focus on Wellness and Vitality.

Participants engage in curated wellness activities—ranging from guided mindfulness practices to personalized self-care and therapeutic reflection—that restore balance, nurture growth, and ignite resilience.

For caregivers, Root Camp offers a rare and necessary space to recharge. In honoring their dedication, we provide resources that strengthen their well-being and empower them to continue their journey with renewed clarity and endurance.
