Through ImpactWorks, our Workforce Readiness Program for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability and/or autism, ages 14-40, we deliver transformative opportunities that equip participants with the skills, certifications, and confidence to excel in careers or entrepreneurship.
Anchored by our partnership with the Community College of Beaver County, participants gain a lived college experience, fostering personal growth and professional readiness in an integrated, empowering environment.
We also collaborate with school districts, community organizations, and local businesses to offer job shadowing, internships, and vocational training, ensuring participants are prepared for sustained career success.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SUPPORT
At Always You, mental wellness is fundamental to empowerment and growth. Our Behavioral Health Supports, approved by ODP, are designed to provide individuals with the tools to manage emotional challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
Led by licensed behavioral health specialists and professional counselors, we deliver personalized counseling, skill-building sessions, and therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the needs of every participant.
This holistic approach enables individuals to thrive emotionally, socially, and professionally, fostering a foundation of confidence and balance that supports success in all areas of life.
Caregiver Academy
Caregivers are at the heart of resilient families and thriving communities. The Always You Caregiver Academy equips families with the resources, training, and emotional support needed to navigate complex care systems with confidence.
With licensed professional counselors on staff and approval from ODP to provide family support and training, we empower caregivers to lead with strength and capability.
By emphasizing cultural competency and prioritizing caregiver wellness, the Caregiver Academy creates pathways for self-sufficiency, stability, and joy—ensuring caregivers can support their loved ones while also nurturing their own well-being.
This program is more than training; it’s a transformative approach to sustaining empowered families and communities.
