Always You partners with school districts to extend transition learning and support students ages 14–21 as they prepare for life after graduation through ImpactBound.
Our services connect with Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) pathways. We coordinate with schools and service teams to complement existing supports, avoid duplication, and connect learning with students’ goals.
Partnership begins with a conversation about district priorities, student goals, scheduling, and coordination. Together, we help students build skills and pursue postsecondary goals in education, employment, and community life.

Always You offers a college-based transition program for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). We collaborate with schools to connect program experiences with students’ transition goals, postsecondary plans, and Career Education and Work (CEW) learning.
Our services may complement coordination with the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), based on each student’s eligibility, needs, and required authorizations.
ImpactBound can support:
• IEP transition goals
• Postsecondary readiness and planning
• Coordination with OVR and Pre-ETS
• Connections to relevant Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services and referrals
• Continuity between school and community experiences
• Family-school collaboration
• Documentation of experiences for CEW portfolios and transition planning
• Progress monitoring connected to students’ post-school goals
Progress updates can be coordinated with the school team and may include participation, skill practice, and progress toward agreed-upon goals.
Together, we build a structured, measurable bridge between school and adulthood, shaped around each student’s strengths, interests, and goals.

Students take part in career exploration and readiness experiences at the Community College of Beaver County. Each pathway combines instruction with hands-on campus and community experiences, helping students build skills, explore interests, and plan next steps.

ImpactBound supports transition-age youth in exploring careers, building workplace and life skills, and preparing for life after high school. Through hands-on experiences at CCBC and in the community, students practice skills, explore interests, and work toward goals connected to their strengths.

For young adults, ImpactWorks offers continued opportunities to build employment, daily living, and community participation skills.
Always You is an approved provider with the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) are coordinated for eligible students through the appropriate process.

Services are planned around individual goals and delivered with consistency, clear communication, and attention to progress.

Strong transition planning includes the people who support each student. The Always You Caregiver Academy, planned for launch in 2027, will offer families practical tools and guidance to participate confidently in decision-making and support their young adult’s goals.

Emotional well-being can shape learning, relationships, and confidence. In development with our institional partner, NAMI on Campus, Always You Wellness will offer wellness-focused support and resources for students and families.
