Always You delivers transition services that extend the reach of school districts and strengthen postsecondary outcomes for students with a disability.
Our work aligns with the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). We deliver instruction and experiences that complement waiver services, avoid duplication, and ensure students receive coordinated, high-quality support.

YES, Always You! Academy
YES, Always You! is a college-based postsecondary transition program designed to support students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) across Beaver County. Created in partnership with the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit and housed on the campus of the Community College of Beaver County, this initiative equips students in grades 9 through 12+ with the tools, experiences, and relationships they need to navigate life beyond high school with confidence and purpose.

YES, Always You!, developed in partnership with the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit, is a college-based transition program for students with Individualized Education Plans. Programming aligns with IEP transition grids, supports postsecondary readiness goals under IDEA, and contributes directly to Career Education and Work (CEW) standards and Indicator 13 outcomes. Our services are coordinated with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and eligible under Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), ensuring alignment without duplication.
Always You services support:
- IEP-aligned transition goals
- Postsecondary readiness under IDEA
- OVR partnerships and Pre-ETS coordination
- WIOA-related services and referrals
- Expanded continuity between school and community
- Increased family-school collaboration
- Documented experiences for CEW portfolios and SOPs
