ImpactWorks supports adults with a disability, ages 18 and older, in building skills, expanding career readiness, and participating in real-world learning on the campus of Community College of Beaver County.
ImpactWorks at Always You provides adults with a disability the structure to build skills, direct their goals, and prepare for what’s next. Guided by the Pillars of Excellence, learning is applied in workplace settings, personal development, and daily life. Participants identify their interests, create consistent routines, and grow into decision-makers for their own future.
Authorized through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and aligned with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), ImpactWorks delivers services through immersive, community-based experiences. Every session is built to advance independence and connect participants toward sustained engagement in work and life.
What Participants Can Expect
Learning That Leads Somewhere
Participants engage in structured experiences that build self-direction, strengthen transferable skills, and support achievement. Activities are rooted in each individual’s ISP goals, reflect their interests, and take place in real-world environments where growth is expected and supported.
Programming With Purpose and Direction
ImpactWorks prepares participants for the workforce through exposure to career pathways, skill development, and consistent engagement. Each session supports progress by reinforcing habits, building capability, and expanding how individuals see themselves in work and community.
Relationships That Carry Forward
Participants form trusted connections with mentors, peers, and community partners. Every interaction is grounded in respect and shared purpose, reinforcing identity and strengthening belonging both within the program and beyond.
Legacy Begins Now
Legacy is shaped through presence. When participants engage with purpose and take ownership of their experience, they begin defining the impact they will carry forward. Every contribution made through ImpactWorks reflects the possibility of what comes next.
Always You.
As part of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Beaver County program, Always You was invited to present our mission, model, and measurable outcomes to a room full of regional changemakers. But we didn’t go alone. We brought Always You ImpactWorks participants, because those living the experience are best positioned to lead the conversation.
Jonathan, one of our participants, opened the presentation with a few words about his journey. His confidence, clarity, and presence were undeniable. Afterward, a local business owner from Hank’s Custard approached him directly with a job offer.
When visibility and leadership are intentional, everyone has the opportunity to shine.
This is Always You.
At Always You, every celebration is a chance to affirm identity and connection. For Arica’s birthday, we surprised her with balloons, cake, and a room full of joy. She was joined by peers, CCBC President Dr. Roger W. Davis, and two members of the CCBC Board of Trustees, all there to celebrate her.
This celebration was a reflection of belonging. Our participants are not visitors at CCBC. They are contributors. They build relationships, form community, and take their place with confidence and joy.
This is Always You.

Wellness is foundational to long-term progress. This program supports each individual with intentional care and practical strategies that create stability, encourage growth, and reinforce personal direction.

The Always You Pillars of Excellence are built to guide how students grow within school and beyond it. Each pillar focuses on a distinct area of development and is tied to clear outcomes. Students receive instruction that prepares them to navigate decisions, take on responsibility, and move toward their goals. The structure ensures that learning is relevant and that progress can be measured in real time.
Pillar I: Empowerment Through Growth
Builds personal, financial, and professional strength. Participants gain access to skills, certifications, and entrepreneurial strategies that support independent living and community contribution.
Pillar II: Wellness and Vitality
Supports mental, emotional, and physical health. Individuals and families receive the education and tools needed to sustain resilience, restore balance, and thrive through every stage of life.
Pillar III: Authenticity and Connection
Honors individuality and builds community. This pillar fosters self-expression, meaningful relationships, and a deep sense of belonging in spaces where each person is seen, supported, and celebrated.
The Pillars of Excellence drive lasting transformation by supporting the whole person through growth, wellness, and connection.
This is how legacies are built. This is the Always You Standard.

Bold Lives. bright futures. Brilliant legacies.
