Lunch with Leaders is a hosted dining initiative that places young adults from the Always You program in direct engagement with established community leaders. Each convening is intentionally structured to provide guided exposure to professional dialogue, workplace expectations, and civic leadership within an active real-world environment.
Participants welcome guests, practice professional etiquette, engage in substantive conversation, and represent the program with preparation and growing confidence. Leaders connect with emerging talent through thoughtful exchange informed by experience and perspective.
Participants leave with strengthened professional confidence and direct exposure to leadership environments that accelerate workforce readiness and position them within the region’s professional landscape.
Lunches are hosted on the campus of the Community College of Beaver County or at select restaurants throughout the region. Always You coordinates and hosts each engagement.
Since launch, Lunch with Leaders has convened leaders across higher education, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, public service, and philanthropy, strengthening workforce alignment within Beaver County and the surrounding region.
Community leaders who value developing future workforce talent are encouraged to connect directly with Always You.
Leaders interested in participating may initiate the process through the scheduling link below or by contacting our team directly. A member of Always You will respond to coordinate availability, location, and next steps.
