ImpactBound supports students with disabilities ages 14–21 as they build practical skills, explore career pathways, and pursue personal goals through hands-on experiences at Community College of Beaver County and in the community.

ImpactBound meets on the Community College of Beaver County campus Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. School districts arrange transportation to and from campus. Participants may also be invited to selected community activities outside program hours, with parent or guardian permission.
ImpactBound serves students with disabilities ages 14–21 on the Community College of Beaver County campus. It adds a rich, community-based learning environment to the student’s transition journey, with hands-on opportunities to explore interests, build skills, and prepare for life after high school.
School & Transition Alignment
The school district remains responsible for each student’s IEP, required transition planning and services, family engagement, and related educational obligations. With student and family consent, Always You coordinates with the student, family, and school team so ImpactBound experiences connect with the student’s strengths, interests, IEP transition goals, and postsecondary plans. Always You shares progress updates to support ongoing coordination.
Learning Through Experience
Students build skills in self-advocacy, communication, leadership, daily living, and career exploration. Through guided experiences with the Inspire Cart, Always You Apparel, Flourish Kitchen, campus activities, and community partners, they explore roles and career fields while practicing teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and follow-through.
As students move beyond high school, they may build on this foundation through ImpactWorks, Always You’s adult pathway for pursuing personal goals and applying skills in work, daily life, and community settings.

With student and family consent, ImpactBound aligns experiences with each student’s IEP transition goals and postsecondary plans. Always You coordinates with families and school teams and shares progress updates.
A special thank-you to Andrew Moeller, owner of Hank’s Frozen Custard, friend, and valued employer partner of Always You. He’s been with us every delicious step of the way, sharing his expertise, guiding our participants, and helping them build skills through hands-on experience.
In this video, Andrew teaches the team to make the Always You Victory Swirl. Their excitement, teamwork, and attention to detail are a joy to see.
Hank’s is now open year-round, so you can enjoy a Victory Swirl anytime. The flavor changes monthly, and the fall flavors are spectacular! Visit soon and often...
Every scoop sold supports Drive the Movement, our campaign to purchase a 15-passenger vehicle for community engagements and work opportunities.
Thank you, Andrew, for helping turn every scoop into momentum and possibility.
At CCBC Community Day, Always You participants welcomed guests at the Inspire Cart, offering warm greetings, gifting pocket hugs and making connections throughout the day.
They also spent time with Dr. Eugene Whitfield Harris, CCBC Dean of Aviation Sciences, who is working with Always You to expand aviation-industry opportunities for young adults with disabilities.
As evening arrived, fireworks lit the sky, a striking close to a day full of connection and forward momentum. The brightness overhead echoed what our participants brought to the day: talent, presence, and a future full of possibilty.

The Always You Pillars of Excellence guide how participants grow in school, work, and community life. Grounded in the belief that every young adult has potential, our programs pair high expectations with individualized support.
Each pillar focuses on a distinct area of development, with instruction and experiences that help participants build skills, make decisions, take on responsibility, and pursue their goals.
Progress is documented through clear, measurable outcomes.
