The Inspire Cart is Always You’s participant-led mobile social enterprise and workforce-development platform. Integrated into the Titan Café at Community College of Beaver County (CCBC), the cart brings young adults into the rhythm of campus life and can also be featured at select community and partner events.
Each interaction creates a chance to practice leadership, build workplace skills, and connect with the community.
Skills in Action
With guidance from Always You staff, participants take on roles that match their interests and goals, such as:
• Welcoming customers and communicating with confidence
• Preparing and presenting products
• Handling transactions and practicing money skills
• Organizing inventory and supplies
• Setting up, operating, and closing the cart
• Working as a team and responding to customer needs
• Building problem-solving, planning, and follow-through skills
Participants can grow into leadership responsibilities as their skills and confidence develop.

The Inspire Cart connects campus and community experiences with each participant’s goals. Participants can practice skills, explore career interests, and document progress through their individual program activities. Paid work or work-based learning opportunities may be available when the participant is eligible and the required authorization and arrangements are in place.

Every Inspire Kit begins with an idea and moves through a complete production process led by Always You participants. From selecting and preparing materials to assembly, quality checks, and presentation, participants help bring each kit from concept to completion.
This is hands-on workforce development, with clear roles, shared standards, and results participants can see.

How Kits Fund Growth
Every Inspire Kit sold supports the We’re on the Move Campaign, helping Always You move closer to securing a 15-passenger vehicle for participant transportation to work experiences, campus programming, and community activities.
Kit sales creates income for participants while funding the infrastructure that expands their independence and opportunity.
What Participants Accomplish
Participants develop customer service, sales operations, financial management, inventory control, quality assurance, and leadership skills. They learn to manage time, make decisions, solve problems, communicate professionally, and take accountability for outcomes.
