 Always You is already in motion, with participants stepping into environments that expand how they see themselves and how they engage with the world around them. The work is active and visible, shaped by individuals who are building confidence through real experience and showing up with a stronger sense of independence in spaces that once felt unfamiliar.

The We’re on the Move Campaign carries that movement forward by securing the transportation required to keep access consistent, allowing each participant to remain engaged in the environments where growth takes hold and where new levels of responsibility begin to feel natural.

Each Inspire Kit is created by a participant developing workforce skills through selection, assembly, and presentation, with every detail chosen to uplift and connect with the person receiving it.

Priced at $25, each kit contributes to the We’re on the Move Campaign and the purchase of a vehicle that keeps participants moving into work, campus, and community spaces that matter to them.

We are working toward curating and placing 100 kits into the community each month, creating consistent opportunity for participants while expanding the reach of this work.

When you open a kit, you feel what was placed into it. Intention that carries from the person who created it to the person receiving it.

Local businesses are invited to contribute to the curation of kits, creating a direct connection between their brand and a workforce initiative that reflects inclusion and participation. This involvement extends visibility while supporting a model that prepares young adults to step into professional environments with confidence.

Kits are available individually or can be ordered in volume for events, corporate gifting, and community engagement.
